Each lunar new year, Nahvalur selects a single pen to carry the banner. For 2026, that pen is Nahvalur Pen of the Year: Horse: a bold, collectible release built on our most recognizable silhouette and finished with details that reward a closer look.

The Pen of the Year: Horse

At the center is a swirling black and gold resin, poured for depth and movement, then shaped into our classic Nautilus form, a profile collectors recognize instantly on a shelf, in a case, or in hand.

A new detail anchors the design: the cap ring features a horse motif, a quiet signature that ties the edition together without overpowering the material.

To finish it, we brought back a fan-favorite: burnished bronze trims, last seen on the Bronze Corydoras fountain pen which is warm, aged, and perfectly matched to the gold in the resin.
